Crane Operator Full Time

As part of its commitment to delivering comprehensive and exceptional services to its clients, the company is now expanding its operational team by introducing crane machinery. Consequently, we are actively seeking a skilled Crane Operator to fill this vacancy immediately.

Main Objective or Mission of the Position:

Operate work machinery responsibly, carrying out mechanical and automatic movements safely to guarantee adequate work.

Primary Functions:

1. Conduct preventive maintenance on machinery.
2. Drive machinery vehicles while following safety precautions.
3. Work in extreme and varying weather conditions.
4. Maintain safety equipment at all times.
5. Attend annual safety training courses.
6. Perform operational tasks related to the role's functionality.
7. Perform all necessary safety checks on the equipment per procedures & policy.
8. Perform inspections and preventative maintenance checks.
9. Operate cranes in a safe manner.
10. Must be able to pass background check and drug screen.
11. Collaborate with the team of operating personnel to hoist materials, ceilings or loads through visual or radio signals and/or other communications

Work Schedule:

• Type: Full Time
• Hours: 50 hours per week + luch hours
• Days: Monday to Friday
• Type of Contract: Subcontract (W9)

Key Competencies:

• Valid Class A, B or C CDL
• More than 2 years of experience in heavy machinery operation
• Clean driving record for two years
• Commitment
• Ethics and Responsibility

Languages:

• English and/or Spanish
